Pata Hao will only collect personal data about you in so far as is necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Statement. We collect your personal data with your knowledge and consent, with the exception of cases where processing is permitted by law.

- Create an account or register a property listing on our platform.
- Browse, search for, or contact a landlord about a listed property.
- Ask us for more information about a listing or contact us with a query or complaint.
- Subscribe to any of our notifications, SMS alerts, or email services.
- Respond to or participate in a survey, promotion, or special offer.
- Visit, access, or use any of our websites or mobile applications.
- Interact with us via social media or third-party platforms.

From individuals who are users, landlords, or prospective users of our platform, we may collect personal data that includes but is not limited to:

- Property details submitted by landlords when registering listings.

2.2 Mailing Lists and Marketing
